It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Elizabeth Duff of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Warnock, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Wesley Hall and Elizabeth Belyk Hall; and her husband Don Duff. She is survived by : her daughters, Kim Skukan (Jack) of Moundsville, Shelli Duff of St. Clairsville and Kellie Sharp (Chris) of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Haylee Skukan (Dan) of Columbus and Colton Skukan (Laken) of Martins Ferry; her great grandchild Emerson Skukan of Martins Ferry; and her sisters, Alice DeSantola (Gary) of Leesburg and Nancy Hall of St. Clairsville.
