He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin James Curtis and Helen Ruth Franks Curtis; his former wife Patricia Cooper Curtis; and his brothers, Donald and Curt Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Suzanne Warren Curtis; his children, Franklin James Curtis (Ruth) of Charlotte, Jeffrey Warren Curtis (Tina) of St. Clairsville and Amy Curtis Everman (Jeff) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Eric Everman (Liz) of Georgetown, KY, Emily Everman of Georgetown, KY, Katherine Curtis of Charlotte, Helen Curtis of Charlotte, Shawn Mowery and Justin Mowery (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Nathan Yost, Evan Yost, Wyatt Mowery, Kinzy Mowery and Reese Everman.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Private services will be held for the family at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.
