He is survived by: his children, Chad Sokolowski of Medina, OH, Jay Sokolowski of Sterling, Virginia and Alisa Parker (Adam) of Dublin, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Andersen Parker, Ava Parker, Camden Sokolowski and Cooper Sokolowski; and his friend Church.
