She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fredrick Belt and Joanne McGhee; her sister Peggy; her great grandchild Rocco Belvedere; her husband Bruce; her sons, Todd Poe (Lori), Brian Poe (Julie) and Andy Poe (Kelli); her grandchildren, Austin Poe, Amanda Belvedere (Dominic), Allison Poe and Emma Poe; her great grandchildren, Josephine, Colette and Dino Belvedere; and her brothers, Donald Belt (Sara) and Jeff Belt (Amy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice – Liza's Place, whose compassionate care and support were a great comfort to Sally and her family.
