It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Brown of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Vincent and Juanita Vincent; her sons, James Michael and Keith Brown; and her brother Larry Vincent.

She is survived by : her children, Rodney Brown (Gina) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Sonya Gillespie of St. Clairsville and Andrea Scott (Larry) of Washington, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Nikki (Carl), Nelson (Mendy), Ah'Neisha (Dustin), Erik (Lindsay), Jaylon (Adrian), Ashlie, Alxandrea (Timmy), Taylor, David Jr. (Michelle), Afton, Ashly, Devon and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Cam'Ron, Tierra, Rielle, Mazik, Carl, Deiondre, Dominik, Journee, Ashor, Eli, Travid, Stephen, Aliyah, Aidyn, Breanna, Thea, Dreya, De Marri, Brynlee and Koa; and her sister Madelyn Freeman of Martins Ferry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shiloh Temple Apostolic Church (117 1st St, Bridgeport, OH 43912). Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
