She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Borger and Emilia Borger (Kevelder); her husband Wilbur Bertke (Bill) of Cassella, OH; and her siblings, Norma Borger, Margaret, Lamar Bierly, Clara, Richard Crombie, Eva, Joseph Weitzel, Mildred, Frederick Donald, Mary Louise and Bernard Borger.

She is survived by : her children, Virginia (Donald Kremer), Helen (Robert Stover), Walter (Teresa Bertke) and Alfred (Patricia Bertke); and her parents-in-law, Rita Bertke of Dayton, Norbert Otting of Minster, Leo, Anna Bertke (Lindhaus), Leander (Charlie), Vera Bertke, Cyril, Dorothy Bertke, Euleta, Werner Bensman, Louis, Evelyn Bertke, Ernest Bertke, Norma Otting, Marinus, Mary Ann and Dennis Bertke. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 6 step great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, a funeral Mass with social distancing will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, October 2, 2020 at St. Henry Catholic Church with live stream at https: //sthenrycluster. com/livestream/.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Activity Fund at The Gardens of St. Henry, to the St. Henry Emergency Squad, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
