He is survived by: his wife Dianne Miller; his children, Brian Koeper of Saint Marys, Bill Koeper (Nickie) of Wapakoneta and Chris Koeper of Grove City, Ohio; his stepchildren, Angela Booth of Saint Marys, Justin Booth (Beth Burke) of Saint Marys and Janelle Bernard (Bryan) of Saint Marys; his nephew Buck Sharpe; and his siblings, Marvin Koeper (Virginia) of Saint Marys, Beverly Sharpe of Saint Marys, Kenneth Koeper (Jeannie) of Saint Marys and Kevin Koeper (Cherry) of Saint Marys. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
