He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Osborn and Beatrice Osborn (Cutcher); and his sister Lois Horn. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Osborn (Andres); his daughter Tamara Barnes of Iowa; his adoptive son Mark Morris; his grandchildren, Shane, Cheyenne, Gabrielle and Keith; his sisters, Marian Perry of California and Beatrice Adcock; his close friend Robert "Bob" Runner; and his pet Spud. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
