Fantozz Jr.; her children, Amanda Fantozz and Devin Fantozz (Stephanie); her sister Rita Holler (John); her mother-in-law Carol Fantozz; her sister-in-law Patty Phillips; her uncle John; and her aunt Marie Kaiser. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
