He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Downey and Margaret E. Downey (Grohe); his wife Diana; and his siblings, Norlin and Karl Downey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Clark of Chandler, AZ, Kelly Hales of Fort Worth, TX, Wendy Henneman (Jeff) of Sandusky and Terry Fitzthum (Jude) of Toledo; his grandchildren, David (Heather), Beth, Ben, Dustin (Kelly), Kimberly (Rob), Kaleb (Amanda), Kaitlyn, Ken and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Amaya, Cayle, Scarlett, Zoey, Justin, Aubrey, Riley, Madison, Lucas and Victoria.
Memorial contributions may be made in Glenn's name to Trinity United Methodist Church, Marine Toys for Tots, or the Wounded Warriors Project.
