She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Richard MacGregor; her parents, Louis Leidorf and Rosa Amelia Leidorf (Hasely); and her siblings, Frances Good (Cyril), Loretta Leidorf, Ellen Stein (Paul), Rosella Sturbaum (Earl), Lenora "Pearl" Riggs (Thomas), Louise, Esther Greene (Wayne), Irene Sanders (Charles) and Leroy Leidorf (Ruth Chamberlain).
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Richard (Linda) of Danbury, CT, Timothy Gregory (Kathleen) of Toledo and Patrick John (Elizabeth) of Boynton Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Alexander MacGregor, Shannon Hastings (Drew) and Kiri-Lin MacGregor; and her brother-in-law John Kinn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
