He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clayton A. and Ruth C. Sellers (Kaman); and his aunt Judy K. Mitchell (Sellers). He is survived by: his parent Gregory Howell; his wife Shelby L. Kubitz (Faulkner); his children, Arianah L. Faulkner, Alycia M. Faulkner, Nicholas J. Kubitz and Anaysia L. Kubitz; his mother Marsha A. Kubitz (Sellers); and his siblings, Kim A. Zytkowicz (Matt), Kellie M. Kubitz and Jason C. Kubitz (Vonda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
