She was predeceased by: her husband Roger P. Addy; her parents, Arthur Altvater and Myrtle Altvater; her daughter Sharon Nichols; and her brothers, Emerson and Lowell Altvater.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Karl" Steuk of Middle Bass, Jean "Bill" Lanich and Jerry "Kay" Addy of Columbus; her sister Doris Whyde; and her friend Brenda Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
