She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spears and Minnie Belle Spears (Hall); her husband Floyd Slauterbeck; and her siblings, Mary Adkins, Magdeline Farmer, Etta Schnee, Edna Spears, Catherine Gravely, Glenn Spears and Robert Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Graves (Clarence) and David Slauterbeck (Tammy); her grandchildren, Aaron Schardt (Lesley), Katie McGuire and Joshua McGuire; her great grandchild Jacob Schardt; and her siblings, Dorothy Casebolt (Sam) and Donald Spears (Lois). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
