He was predeceased by: his father John Lucas Patterson; his aunts, Helen Patterson and Joan Patterson; and his uncle Charles Rose. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Faye Rose Patterson; his sisters, Vicki Morrison (John) and Cathy Ash; his nephew John Reagan Morrison; his uncle Tom Patterson; his aunt Lavetta Rose; and his cousins, Dana Benjamin (Rob), Jeff Rose, Ted Patterson and Janet Clarke (Bob).
After a hard fight against COVID-19, which affected multiple organs and systems in his body, he gained peace as he made his transition to be with our Lord in Heaven on the afternoon of November 30, 2020 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.
