He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth. He is survived by: his mother Patricia; his siblings, Charles, Teresa (Randall), Katherine, Christine (Phillip) and Debra (Joseph); and also, Christopher, Nicholas, Ariana, Kenneth, Lee, Mariam, Blayne, Dawn, Alexander, Shannon, Brandi, Adam, Kayla, Michael, Heather and Bryan.
