He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andrew and Mary Margaret Hurak (Good). He is survived by: his wife Kim Hurak (Comella); his children, Lisa DeVerna (Rich), Whitney Corapi (Matt), Chad Hurak (Nicole), Derrick Keller (Deb) and Ryan Keller (Kelly); his grandchildren, Ashleigh DeVerna, Zack DeVerna, Gabriella Keller, Henry Keller, Collin Corapi and Katrina Kirk; his great grandchild Hazel DeVerna; his sister Mary Carlstedt; his goddaughter Ashton Ward; and his sister-in-law Kathy Ward.
