It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Felton Norman Delbert Parker (Sardinia, Ohio), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Marie Parker; his children, Jeremy Zeiglermeyer, Robert Vance (Samantha Matthews) and Schannin M. J. Parker (Danny Hicks); his siblings, Arthur R. Day and Glenda Sue Royse; and his nieces and nephews, Vanessa, Lee Ann, Ronnie and Stacy.
