She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Phyllis Pearl Phillips Belford. She is survived by: her grandson Dakota; her children, Ashley Sue Rawlins of Wheelersburg, Amber Montgomery (Lon) and Adam Rawlins; her sisters, Dorri Belford of Portsmouth, Denise Sowards of Columbus and Kristie Worthington of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Breanna, Trinity, Lila, Lelon Montgomery, Brant and Brice Rawlins; and her close friend Annette Peck of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
