Meadows II (Susan) of Charleston, SC, James A. Meadows of Ft. Worth, TX and Joel W. Meadows (LaVerne) of Ft. Worth, TX; his siblings, Ron Meadows (Robin) of Shelby Township, MI, Jerry Meadows (Reva) of Cross Lanes, WV and Sue Callison (Jerry) of Mocksville, NC; his sister-in-law Reva Meadows of Rock Wall, TX; his grandsons, Donald C. Meadows III, Andrew Meadows, Jason Meadows (Sara) and Michael Meadows; and his great grandchild Emma Meadows.
