He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fulk and Marjorie Fulk (Lavey); his son Derrick Fulk; and his siblings, Eugene Fulk (Herb), Pamela and Marilyn Jean.

He is survived by: his children, Amanda Stiles (Christopher) and Dustin Fulk (Jordan Williams); his siblings, Diana Toland (Curtis) of Scioto Furnace, Roger Fulk (Vicki) of Sidney, Dale Fulk and Albert Fulk of South Webster; his half-sister Carol Gieke of Oak Hill; and his brother Kenneth Lawson of Scioto Furnace. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends, and a very special friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial contributions to be made to the Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Unit.
