It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angel Wiley of Sciotoville, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dale and Claudette Poplin. She is survived by: her parents, Billy Jack Wiley and Melissa Ann Poplin; her brother Archie James Wiley; her half-sister Makayla Wiley; and her grandparents, Arville Rose Wiley and James Robert Wiley.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday August 9, 2021 in the Vernon Cemetery at Ashley Corner (State Route 140) .The family is asking for help with final expenses and ask that instead of flowers, to help with that.
