He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce P. Smith and Juanita Mowery Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Smith, Jr. (Jackie Riffle) of Minford and Christopher Smith of Sciotoville; and his siblings, Terry Smith (Mary) of Fayetteville, NC, Gregory Scott Smith (Sonya) of Sciotoville, Dorinda Shaw (Ardes) of Alabama and Vera Hammond of Sciotoville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
