She is survived by : her husband Donald Chaffin; her sons, Brian Keith Chaffin (Tami) of Columbus and Mark Chaffin of Columbus; her brother Larry Lee Warnock (Patty) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Stuart (John) and Cody Chaffin.
