He is survived by: his wife Virginia Whisman Duckworth; his daughters, Claudia Phillips (Mark) of Rosemount and Terri Clark (Tim); his granddaughters, Cassie Brooks (Matt) and Amanda Taylor (Brian); his great grandchildren, Kyle, Gracie, Dylan, Presley, Macayla, Braylee and Blake; and his brothers, John A. Duckworth III of Greenwood, SC, Thomas Duckworth of Chillicothe and Paul Duckworth of Chillicothe.
