It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Raynard of Sciotoville, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Raynard and Ruth Raynard (Smith); his grandparents, Lawrence and Charlotte Raynard; his wife Dee Dee; his children, Matt Raynard (Tammi) of South Webster, Angie Raynard of Peebles and Stephanie Raynard (T. J. Lang); his siblings, Judy Cooper of Wheelersburg and Mike Raynard of Wheelersburg; his mother-in-law Sara Slack of Wheelersburg; and his grandchildren, Riley, Makayla Raynard, Brody, Bristol Hale, Ryker Lang and Skylar Zimmerman. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
