We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 89, Kathryn Conley (Sciotoville, Ohio), born in Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jardon Gifford and Parma Gifford (Horner); and her children, Herb Ruggles (Emma) of Bryan, OH and Carol Lykins (Robert) of Chillicothe. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
