He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Jordan and Melvina Allen Jordan; and his siblings, Harold "Sony" Jordan, Leonard Jordan, Ruth Jenkins and Barbara Bentley.

He is survived by : his children, Chase Jordan of Franklin Furnace and Sarah Vinson of Florida; and his sister Jane Branham of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
