He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lewis (Barnes); his children, Mike Lewis of Rubyville, Melissa Bowyer (Joel) of Eaton and Kristen Lewis of Sciotoville; his sister Debbie Baker (Mark) of Sciotoville; his grandchildren, J. J., Kaylie, Jessica, Amanda and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Sloan and Evie.
