He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbridge Malone and Juanita Piatt Malone; and his siblings, Charles, Elbridge, Jr., Derrick Malone and Catherine Taylor.

He is survived by: his daughter Taryn Mirabello (Mark); and his siblings, Michael Malone (Diana), Daniel Malone (Chris), Timothy Malone (Roberta), Donna Rickey (Dwight) and Caroline "Jackie" Malone.
