He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fox and Leona Thompson Fox; his wife Briena Dillon Fox; and his siblings, Kenneth, Gordon, Donald, Robert Fox, Nancy Taylor, Vivian Belcher, Pat Craft, Betty Williams, Bernice Neuman and Charlotte Melgtz.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Fox (Judy) of Rome City, IN, Valerie Hamilton of Sonora, KY and Kim Mosley (Bob) of Portsmouth; his stepdaughters, Debbie Castle (Dan) of Lucasville, Becky Tupper (Jim) of Portsmouth and Kitty Moore (Brian) of Rosemount; and his sister Frances Ratcliff of Asheville, NC. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed.
