He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Majernik. He is survived by: his children, John Majernik of Rootstown, OH and Carla B. Majernik of Missoula, MT; his grandchildren, Matthew J. Majernik, Phillip R. Majernik, Justin P. Majernik and Dylan Cembalski; and his great grandchildren, Ava Marie and Esme Majernik.
