She was predeceased by: her parents, Oat Morgan and Macie Morgan; her husband Paul Surgeon; and her siblings, Eddie, Mark, Billy, Clarence Morgan, Glenna Matthews and Jeannie Nickels.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Berg (David) of Creston and Gary Surgeon (Kay) of San Rafael, CA; her grandchildren, Daniel Surgeon (Christy) of San Francisco, CA, Erin Fivecoat (John) of Dalton, Emily Peresie (Brian) of North Canton and Andrew Berg (Emily) of North Canton; her great grandchildren, Ava, Landon Fivecoat, Brayden, Blake, Bennett, Braxton Peresie, Atticus and Stella Berg; her brother Bobby Morgan (Susie); and her sisters-in-law, Dreama Morgan, Angie Morgan, Maggie Surgeon and Trudy Surgeon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Auble-Gillman Funeral Home (360 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:45 AM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44270).
