It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Onchak of Shalersville, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert F.; her son Gregory Onchak; and her siblings, Albert Zitner (late Martha), Louis Zitner (Doreen), Joseph Zitnar (late Trudy), Irene Visi (late Emerick) and Eugene Zitnar.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Frost (Mark Koehler), Darlene Reaves (late Scott), Barbi MacDowell (Douglas), Paulina Onchak (Shawn Patrick) and Anthony Onchak (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Colby MacDowell, Ming Wei Patrick, Adison Onchak, Natalie Onchak and Julia Onchak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
