She is survived by: her husband Gary Fumich Sr. of Shalersville, Ohio; her children, Ronald Fumich (Rebecca) of Loxley, Alabama and Rhonda Eddy (Thomas) of Stow, Ohio; her brothers, Charles Hawkins, Donald Hawkins (Kathy), Doug Hawkins (Jamie) and David Hawkins (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Blake Fumich (Ava), Kirsten Eddy, Jacob Fumich, Bailey Fumich and Makayla Eddy; and her stepgrandchildren, Kollin Brown, Ryan Brown and Alyssa Brown.
