She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Koczan; her mother Elzbieta Ksiazek; and her brother George Ksiazek. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Nikora (late Lewis), Veronica Lugar (late Dennis) and Theresa Andre (Michael); and her sister Zdzislawa "Jean" Blaz. She is also survived by her joy, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
