She was predeceased by: her parents, David Howard and Georgia Margaret Bell Naylor; her siblings, Mary Thorley and David Naylor; and her brother-in-law Scott Toot.
She is survived by: her husband William O. Leeper; her sons, Kevin Neidig RPh (Mary) of Mineral City, OH and Jeff Neidig RPh (Cathryn) of New Philadelphia, OH; her grandchildren, Brittney Jergovich of Hudson, OH, Jordan Neidig of Buffalo, NY, Briana Neidig of Mineral City, Aaron Neidig PharmD (Ashley) and Natalie Oldham RN (Seth) of Leetonia, OH; her great grandchildren, Adelynne and Amelia Neidig of Granville; her siblings, Nelva Toot of Carrollton, OH and Paul Naylor (Patty) of Sherrodsville; and her siblings-in-law, Sara Naylor, Francis A. "Bud" Leeper, Jr. (Rhonda) of New Philadelphia, OH and Linda Tanner of Jewett, OH. She is also survived by her cats, her circle of friends.
