She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond George Beach and Elizabeth Booth Beach; her former husband Kenneth Carter; her husband John Galanga; and her brother Darl Beach.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Carter (April) of Alabama, Tim Carter of Leavittsburg, Jim Carter of New Philadelphia, Ken Carter of Killbuck and Bob Carter of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
