She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Lipps and Lula Lipps (Shaver). She is survived by: her husband Oral E. Garvin March; her children, Sid Loudin (Kellie) of Barnesville, OH and Sherry Thouvenin (Scott) of Canton, OH; her grandchildren, Brandon Loudin (Jessica), Amanda Hession (Patrick) of Barnesville, OH, Natalie and Abigail Thouvenin of Canton, OH; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Paizlie, Paxtyn Loudin, Olen, Colin and Aidan Hession; her stepson Timothy Garvin of Kentucky; and her siblings, Rondel Lipps of Virginia, Ralph Lipps (Opal) of West Virginia and Donna Ervin (Dick) of West Virginia. She is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

Facial covering will be necessary and all social distancing protocols will be observed.
