Smart of Sherrodsville, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward and Dorine Faye Smart (Tice). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Meese; his children, Harvey Smart, II of New Philadelphia, Chris Smart (Heather Foultz) of Leesville, Randy Smart (Kim) of Dover and Amy Williamson (Jeremy) of Tennessee; his stepdaughter Jennifer Phelps (Kyle) of Canton; his grandchildren, Leroy, Nicholas, Shyann, Christian, Andrew, Nathan, Caden, Rylee and Dakota; and his siblings, Mary Reynolds, Iona "Tony" Lenarz and Earl Smart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
