He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Beltz and Matilda Beltz (Breininger); his daughter-in-law Sarah Beltz; and his sisters, Dorothy Kline, Lucille Henrick and Ruth Gensel.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beltz of Sherwood, Ohio; his children, Byron C. "Butch" Beltz of Sherwood, Linda Ball (Charles) of Sherwood and John Ray Beltz of Sherwood, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cindy Cook (John), Curtis Beltz (Doreen), Jacob Beltz, Julie Baden (Cory), Jennifer Riley (Matt), Brandi Short (Adam), Cassandra Beltz, Zachery Beltz and Travis Beltz (Ashley); and his brother Delmar Beltz (June) of Woodburn. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
