He was predeceased by : his father Byron R. Beltz; and his sister-in-law Sarah Beltz. He is survived by : his mother Mary E. Beltz (Speaker); his children, Cassandra "Cassey" Beltz of Paulding, Zachery Beltz of Bryan and Travis Beltz (Ashley) of Stryker; his grandchildren, Emily, Carmen, Mariah, Kyleigh, Levi, MaKaila, Paizlee and Emberlei; his siblings, Linda Ball (Charles) of Sherwood and Byron C. "Butch" Beltz of Sherwood; and his fiancée Jeannette Notestine of Bryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
