It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elma Mae Brown of Sidney, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Lamka and Virginia Lamka (Tubaugh); her husband Irvin R. Brown; and her sister Letha Lamka. She is survived by: her son Steven Brown; her daughter-in-law Elaine Perri; her grandchildren, Zachary Brown of Northbrook, IL and Kathryn Brown of Wheeling, IL; and her half-brother Marvin Lamka of Troy.
