He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Neth (Jack) and Ruby Neth (Linniman); his brother Franklin Neth; and his great grandchild Christella Leftrict. He is survived by : his wife Linda Neth (Woodard); his daughters, Angela Neth (Bill Leiss) of Sidney, Ohio., Pamela Neth (Shun Hatchett) of Sidney, Ohio. and Amy Neth of Sidney, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Matthew Pellman, Nathaniel Pellman (Logan), Joshua Pellman (Destiny), Amber Leftrict (Brandyn) and Bethany Slaughter. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Agape Distribution in remembrance of Russell.
