He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ortman and Beulah Ortman (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Kim (Nagy); his children, Ashley Ortman, Lacie Nagy, Lindsay Ortman and Michael C. Ortman Jr.; his grandchildren, Chloe, Ricky, Adrianna and Maddox; and his sisters, Marsha Estes (Mitz) and Mellie Hayslip.
