She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Thomas Scott and Olive Scott (Bush) of Laurel, DE.; her husband Trent Wharton; and her daughter Elaine. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Oliver (Michael) of Vermont, Cindy Alderman (Lynn) of Circleville and Trenny Wharton of Kingston; her son-in-law Mike Tingle of Laurel, DE.; her grandchildren, Lyndi Ross (Ryan), Shawn Tingle, Trent Alderman and Jenna Conaway (Greg); her stepgranddaughters, Victoria Emery (Jake) and Kathryn Oliver; and her close friends, Eunice Hart and Terry Crumly. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Community Cemetery (24849 Pole Ridge Rd, South Bloomingville, OH 43152).
