She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Neff (Lawrence "Shorty" Hart); her parents, Riley VanFossen and Ruth VanFossen (Congrove); her siblings, Virginia Routte, Dorothy Kiger, Garry VanFossen and Gerald VanFossen; and her stepsons, Don Neff, Jim Neff, Joseph "Duke" Neff and Bob Neff.
She is survived by : her children, Annette Street (Larry), Joyce Martin, Barb Halley (Rick) and Roger VanFossen (Linda); her grandchildren, Brandyn Street (Brittney), Ray Martin (Melanie), Tasha Martin (Dan), Amelia Moats (Trey), Harley Halley and B. J. VanFossen; her great grandchild Kinsey Binkley; her siblings, Carolyn Truesdell, Frank and Larry VanFossen; her stepdaughter Shirley Arledge; and her close friends, Pam, Nora Pasco, Tom, Vivian Croft, Patty Jenkins, Mike and Judy Eveland.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
