It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Hart Sr. of South Bloomingville, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Hart and Martha Hart (McNichols); and his wife Ruby Hart (Frazier). He is survived by: his children, Patsy L. Hart, Peggy A. Davis (Jack), Pamela J. Hart, Roy L. Hart (Sheila), Randy A. Hart (Susan) and Rubyranelle Higginbotham; and his brothers, Carl and Melvin Hart. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great and great- great grandchildren.
