It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrienne Anne Spackman of South Euclid, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Spackman; her children, Mindy Gromek (late Richard), Kelly Tonti and Susan Pekoc; her parents, Helen Kofron and Barney Kofron; and her siblings, Bernard Kofron, Patricia LaRocca and Jacqueline Friend.
She is survived by: her children, Kristen Tash (George), Elaine Eberlin and Timothy Spackman (Jean); and her close friend Willie Wright.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schulte & Mahon-Murphy Funeral Home (5252 Mayfield Rd, Lyndhurst, OH 44124). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Gesu (2470 Miramar Blvd, University Heights, OH 44118).
