He was predeceased by : his parents, William R. Welling and Naomi K. Welling. He is survived by : his wife Loretta Welling; his daughters, Kathy Ann Major, Barbara Jane Razo (Jaime) and Amy Mae Welling; his sister Donna Marie Waters (Ken); his grandchildren, Micheala, Angel, Jaime, Johnathon, Adrian and Isabella; and his great grandchild Cayden. He is also survived by many other family members, friends and neighbors.
